AC/DC are a rock band from Sydney, Australia. The band was formed in 1973 by brothers Angus and Malcolm Young. The band comprises of ex Creed members Mark Tremonti, Brian Marshall and Scott Phillips together with former Mayfield Four frontman Myles Kennedy. They are named after a bridge on Alter Road which is near Mark Tremonti`s childhood home in Michigan.

Audioslave were a hard rock supergroup who formed in California, USA in 2001. The group consisted three ex members of Rage Against The Machine and vocalist Chris Cornell, formerly with Soundgarden. Originally called Civilian, they changed the name to Audioslave after buying the title from a band from Liverpool, UK. Audioslave released three great studio albums, selling over eight million albums before disbanding in early 2007. Chris Cornell began a solo career while the others reformed Rage Against The Machine with Zack de la Rocha.
