Excellent guitarist and producer best known for his work with Nazareth.

JOHN MARTYN

Born - Iain David McGeachy,11th September 1948, New Malden, Surrey, England. John grew up in Glasgow, Scotland.
Died - 29th January 2009.
John was a folk/rock singer-songwriter and guitarist. During his forty year career he released twenty studio albums and worked with artists such as Eric Clapton, David Gilmour, and Phil Collins.

ZAL CLEMINSON

Born - 4th May, 1949, Glasgow, Scotland.
Zal is best known for his great guitar playing and theatrical performances with The Sensational Alex Harvey Band. Zal would appear on stage dressed up like a Pierrot Clown while weilding a Gibson SG.

Born - 12th August, 1949, Glasgow, Scotland. Mark was seven years old when his family moved to Newcastle-Upon-Tyne in England.
Mark is best known as the lead guitarist and vocalist from Dire Straits.

Born - early 1950s, Aberdeen, Scotland.
Dave is a well respected guitarist who played for Manfred Mann`s Earth Band from 1975 to 1978. The band had the hits "Blinded By The Light" (a number 1 single in the USA) and "Davey`s On The Road Again" at this time. Dave later toured with Thin Lizzy.

Davey has spent the bulk of his career playing guitar in Elton John`s band. He is also a sought after sessions musician. Davey is currently Elton John`s musical director.

Talented guitarist best known for his time with Wings. Jimmy recorded 3 studio albums and one live album with Wings. He died in 1979 at the age of 26.

IAN BAIRNSON

Born - 3rd August 1953, Levenwick, Shetland Isles, Scotland.
A respected guitarist and an in demand session musician. Ian was a member of Scottish band Pilot from 1974 to 1977. Pilot had several hit singles, the most popular being "Magic" which reached number 11 in the UK and number 3 in the USA. Ian also played on Paul McCartney`s 1977 hit single "Mull of Kintyre".
